"My work is an exploration into a different world, where animals and plants have an unusual relationship. I hope to not only expand people;s imagination with my work but to also bring awareness to the current destruction of the environment and global warming."
"My goal is not to challenge the ability of a camera but to show the depth that only a painting can create. I do this by not trying to cover up my brush marks. I believe that brush strokes make my art more authentic."
"I consider almost all of my work to be self- portraits to some degree, where vibrant color coincides with darker concepts or feelings. They are reflections of moments in time."
"I’ve been an avid Disney fan from a very young age. I like to think that it caused me to choose the art path I took today. As I began to explore my creativity, I found myself drawn to creating characters."
"Art comes in many different shapes and forms. Some work is more abstract, others are expressive, and in my case, it is illustrative with a hint of realism. The crux of my work is anxiety, and how it induces the rapid changes of my emotional state.
