TRANSCENDENCE 2017
Our Designers

"I juxtapose stylistic typography and vector designs with my intricate photographs to
create an intriguing and balanced composition. I leave my work open to the viewer
because art doesn't always have to have one correct answer or meaning."

"When it comes to my own style I have very clean and minimalistic designs, but I also enjoy designing styles such as psychedelic and art deco. The ability to put yourself in other people's minds and understand how they think and feel is the key to communicating effectively."
"My eclectic aesthetic combines midcentury era motifs as well as European folk art and
children's illustration. With the use of bright colors and decorative hand-drawn
designs, my work tends to gravitate towards a mix of youthful exuberance and sensible
application."

"Uniqueness and individuality are key factors in my design process and I strive to live
my life following these principles. I enjoy pushing artistic boundaries while incorporating
similar styles and methods as my idolized artists like Warhol, Basquiat, and Sheperd
Fairey, who have shaped in terms of who I am."

My out-of-the-boa, dream-like, imaginative work tends to carry into my studio art
practices as well. My work is driven by my desire to cheer people up, make see my work,
smile, and say 'hey, that's fun!'"
